As a channel Executive you will support the acquisition team in delivering Acquire, Protect, and Convert digital strategy.
You will action tasks ranging from campaign implementation to reporting of our online campaigns across our key marketing channels, primarily focused on our audience driven channels, including Programmatic and social, Affiliates and Push notification.
Salary : £40,000 - £43,000

What you’ll do
In this role you will work with the digital relationship manager execute the audience strategy.
You will action tasks across new channels and channel strategies, highlighting issues and reporting on performance that will increase incremental revenue, build occupancy, and create a compelling experience that steers customers towards booking on our direct online channels throughout the booking and stay cycle.
You will be responsible for managing campaign delivery in line with the marketing managers plans for the channel which meets budget spend and performance metrics.
You will support the trading actions of the business by implementing digital campaigns, ensuring the campaigns are targeting our commercial goals and results are being correctly tracked.
You will utilise trade reports and platform data, diagnose the performance of the campaigns. Suggest changes and tests to drive the performance and efficiency of the channels towards the business goals.
What we need
Knowledge of how to implement digital paid advertising.
Knowledge of different delivery models across display and search advertising.
Good knowledge of audiences and how to target them across channels.
Understanding of Web development processes and technology architecture.
Understanding of analytics, software and how to build reports.
Able to produce Insightful reporting and suggest actions.
