In this dynamic product owner role, you'll have the opportunity to revolutionize and institutionalize how we design and Implement Service management processes, CMDB, Service Introduction, Lean Six Sigma, Business continuity and disaster recovery process. Empower our associates with the right and fit for purpose processes, tools, framework, methodology, metrics and governance so they can take decisive action, maximizing value and making a meaningful impact to our customers – Technical debt reduction, Business Resiliency, drive process efficiency and effectiveness and make easier is better.
What are we looking for?
* Master’s degree in engineering, management, and related field preferred, or equivalent, or equivalent experience
* Extensive experience with experience in ITSM, L6S, CMDB, Disaster recovery, service Introduction to Operations
* Demonstrated track record in understanding and shaping strategic Service Management analytics solutions within a business context
* Preferably proven consulting experience in the Consumer Products Good Industry
