Admin Support Executive - Leeds (Office-Based)
Salary: £24,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm | Occasional Weekend Work

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking to grow your career in the travel industry? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Admin Support Executive to join a dynamic team at our Leeds office.
As a valued member of the Admin team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our post-booking processes and maintaining high-quality service standards across the board.
Responsibilities as an Admin Support Executive:
1. Process and check supplier invoices
2. Quality check bookings before confirmations
3. Handle ticketing, refunds, and after-sales support
4. Liaise with sales agents to amend bookings
5. Respond to email queries from customers, suppliers, and team members
6. Monitor booking updates (errata) and ensure accurate records
7. Support the General Manager with ad hoc tasks
Experience desired as an Admin Support Executive:
1. Previous experience in an administrative or support role (travel industry experience is a plus!)
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
3. Confident communicator with great written and verbal English
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
5. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
