Reed Further Education are working with a further education provider who are looking for candidates to assist/invigilate during exams scheduled for April and May. This is a temporary role requiring commitment on specific dates for each sitting. Candidates must be available to work both days for their assigned sitting. Job Title: Exam Invigilator Working Hours: 7:30 to 18:00 (some flexibility is required on end time) Role type: Temporary – 1st sitting 28th and 29th April 2nd sitting 30th April and 1st May Location: Cardiff Salary: £15p/h including holiday pay Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the setup and breakdown of exam venues. Provide support in managing the flow of exam participants. Ensure all exam materials and equipment are prepared and available as needed. Help maintain a quiet and orderly environment suitable for exam conditions. Address any immediate needs or queries from exam participants or staff. Required Skills & Qualifications: Ability to work long hours on assigned dates and have flexibility to end time. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in event support, exam invigilation or education role is required. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle responsibilities professionally.
