At Saniflo UK, we are a leader in innovative plumbing solutions, and we’re looking for a Technical Advisor to provide expert support to our customers, merchants, and service engineers. You’ll be the go-to expert, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Providing technical support and guidance to customers, merchants, and installers
2. Assisting with spare parts orders, product inquiries, and warranty claims
3. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information and documentation
4. Working with sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience
Minimum Requirements:
1. 1+ year of experience in customer service or a technical role (preferably in plumbing & heating)
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
3. Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office Suite
4. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
