Electrical Project Manager required in Northolt
A leading Building Services Contractor is currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager for a project in Northolt. The duration of this project is around 52 weeks and would be starting as soon as possible. Living local to the project in Northolt is preferred.
As the Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed according to schedule and budget, undertaking effective planning to make sure the project is profitable. You will also be required to manage materials, subcontractors, installation, procurement, and drawing programmes to comply with installation and specification requirements. Throughout the installation, it is essential to manage labour and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications and contract documentation.
Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Effective planning and project management skills.
2. Experience of working on large new build projects.
3. Experience working for a Building Services Contractor at a similar level.
4. Overall knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of electrical systems and their installation methods.
5. Time-served apprentice or relevant Electrical qualifications.
6. Consistently good financial returns on projects, taking into account all relevant factors.
7. Good people management and motivational skills.
8. The ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines.
9. The ability to plan ahead, coordinate, and prioritize workloads.
10. Strong results orientation.
