Liaising with various sites across Scotland to pull paper training packs and upload these to a digital folder, there are 53 sites and around 1200 employees to work through, the canditate would need to keep track of what has been uploaded and what is still to be completed, reporting on this at a weekly meeting. The candidate would work with an internal Diageo team to understand how we link these training packs to a digital folder and report on % completion of this at a higher Scotch level. In addition the candidate would be responsible to scanning paper copies of safety critical training certificates into a folder and ensuring no gaps on these across sites. So mainly admin work but lots of comms, potential travelling from time to time and IP skills required. The candidate would also be responsible for the verification of these training packs when being uploaded to ensure they meet the correct criteria, training will be provided. Skills Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk Experience with MS Office and data programs Familiarity with administrative duties Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner Typing speed and accuracy Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation Attention to detail Not required - Highschool Driving License required - will be travelling 2-3 days a week.
