Recruitment Administration Assistant Apprentice
This Apprenticeship role will support our recruitment team through effective administration of all aspects of customer service. As an apprentice you will receive ongoing training and support throughout the apprenticeship programme.
You will be responsible for the completion of all administration tasks related to the team, which will include responding to queries via telephone, email and in person as well as prioritising work according to the needs of the service.
You will ensure records are kept updated on all software packages with accurate data as well as filing, photocopying and taking messages.
You will use various Microsoft packages to include Excel, Word and Outlook.
This role will give you the opportunity to develop customer service and administration skills.
Main duties of the job
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to evidence GCSE-A-C/4/9 or Functional skills level 2 in Maths and English.
* Have basic keyboard/word processing skills.
* A flexible approach to work and to be able to follow instructions.
* A commitment to completing a 15-month apprenticeship which will result in you gaining an NVQ level 2 in Customer Services.
Due to funding rules, apprentices must have resided in the UK for 3 years.

Experience
* Keyboard/Word processing and other Microsoft office software.
* Experience of data inputting via Excel.
* Work experience (paid or voluntary).
