This T&C Manager job in East Birmingham provides opportunity to join a growing, regional wealth management firm. As T&C Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the business adheres to the policies set internally and by the FCA.
You should be accountable for driving the adoption of the T&C for new and existing team members, ensuring quality and compliant financial advice is provided at all times. You will report into the Head of Compliance.
Duties will also include:
1. Oversight of the T&C function for the wealth management firm
2. Provide ongoing development and improvement, personalised to the needs of the team and business
3. Ensure everyone in the firm has the right skills, knowledge and expertise to carry out their respective duties
4. Develop measurable and meaningful KPIs for the team and team members
5. Maintain appropriate records to evidence your activities
6. Ensure MI is produced for the senior management team
7. Provide advice and guidance to the business on all aspects of T&C, file checks, Consumer Duty, financial promotions, recruitment etc
8. Create and maintain T&C policies
9. Plus other related training and competence duties
T&C Manager Requirements
1. You must be an experienced T&C professional within Wealth Management, such as T&C Manager
2. You must be capable of training new and existing team members including Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and other related job roles
T&C Manager Benefits
1. Salary of circa £40,000 - £50,000
2. Plus, 3% & 5% pension contribution, 4x DIS, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off and financial support towards exams
