Our client, a design-led manufacturer specialising in bespoke furniture solutions for the high-end residential and hospitality sectors, is seeking a Project & Sales Support Administrator to join their talented team. As a Support Administrator, you will provide assistance with project and sales activities, ranging from simple tasks to high-level communication with clients. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining project and sales documentation, managing new enquiries, communicating progress to team members and stakeholders, and facilitating the flow of information between the organisation and clients.
To excel in this role, our client is looking for a candidate with excellent time management and organisational skills. An enthusiastic approach, an eye for detail, and competency with figures are essential. While experience in the furniture industry would be beneficial, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting and supporting the Projects & Sales Team members
2. Collaborating with Key Account Managers to gather necessary details for quotations
3. Reviewing and responding to daily general enquiries via email and phone calls
4. Updating financial records, including deposits and balances received
5. Managing stock levels and labelling of standard client samples
6. Ensuring client purchase orders align with invoicing and project requirements
7. Document control of client project packs
8. Assisting in building up details for the organisation's product archive
9. General office duties, such as ordering supplies and handling post
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
4. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
5. Deadline-driven with a willingness to develop operational processes
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our client's location in South West London. Working hours are Monday to Friday.
