Our Client, Knowsley Council, is seeking a Team Manager to join their Children's Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
* Manage a team of Social Workers, Family Support Worker and Social Work Apprentices.
* Manage duty on a rota of one day every 4 days (it is expected that managers are in the office on their duty day).
* Allocate work to the team.
* Chair strategy meetings and pre-proceedings meetings.
* Provide reflective supervision to staff.
* Drive practice standards within the team as part of our improvement journey.
Requirements of this role:
* Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Must have minimum experience as Social Work Team Manager
* Must have a minimum of 3 years’ Post Qualifying experience in Social Work
