Contracts Administrator Responsibilities:
11. Draft and submit all contracts to the Contracts & Compliance team for review (including extensions and other contracts) before delivery to the end recipients.
12. Check commercials
13. Follow document work flow
14. Ensure compliance with Quality Control
15. Conduct contract audits e.g. check existing contracts on file.
16. Assist team members with external audit requests.
17. Contract validation and implementing any updates as required on internal CRM.
18. Assisting with candidate queries.
19. Liaising with the Sales / Admin / Finance teams to resolve outstanding queries and ensuring Contractors / Client are ready for payment / invoicing.
20. Escalating to Management any Business that comes to your attention outside of company policy.
21. Working to the Companies Service Level Agreements.
22. To represent the company, adopting the highest possible standards of professionalism at all times.
23. Provide an environment where open and honest communication is encouraged.

Requirements:
25. Experience in an office based admin role (dealing with high volume)
26. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
27. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
28. Good written and oral communication skills
29. Efficient and well organised
30. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
31. Competent knowledge of Excel and Word
32. Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast pace environment
33. Attention to detail
