Customer Service Team Leader (Coordinator/Scheduler/Planner/Controller)
Location: Bedford
Salary: £31,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 8% Employer Pension + 4% Employee Pension + Sick Pay
Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.30pm & Friday 8.45am to 4.15pm (Can be flexible)
Home Working: 1 Day a Week (Monday or Friday)

Full training on the company's products and systems will be provided.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be planning and scheduling while supervising a team of 8. You will oversee the team of schedulers to ensure they plan, organise, and deliver to agreed levels of targets and exceed customer expectations.

The Customer Service Team Leader Role:
1. Oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance in the team
2. Deliver all service activity in line with KPIs
3. Oversee a team of 8
4. Provide consistency in the scheduling team and create a valued team culture
5. Report to the UK Scheduling Manager
6. Main point of escalation for the schedulers
The Person Required for the Customer Service Team Leader:
1. Leadership skills or a desire to move into a leadership position
2. Scheduling, customer service, administrative skills or similar
3. Highly organised
4. Attention to detail
5. IT literate
6. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationship building
