Our client, a leading provider of enabling technologies for industrial growth markets, is seeking a motivated and skilled Quality Engineer to join their team in Lincoln. Role & Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer, you will support the QSHE Manager and be a key player in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across the organization. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Oversee and manage inspection processes for both incoming and outgoing components.
* Handle non-conformance issues and lead improvement initiatives.
* Conduct vendor audits and drive performance improvements.
* Perform internal audits and engage in continuous improvement activities.
* Develop and implement inspection standards and quality system tools.
* Provide expert guidance on quality management processes and industry best practices.
* Analyse process control data and report key performance metrics.
* Support management with actionable insights for review meetings and strategic planning.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Must have previous experience as a Quality Engineer
* Must have quality function experience in a manufacturing environment
* Must be from an engineered manufacturing background (Automotive, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Defence, Medical Device)
