Key Responsibilities:
* HubSpot CRM Management: Oversee all aspects of HubSpot CRM, supporting both inbound and outbound marketing, assisting the sales team, and providing tools.
* Brand Promotion: Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to develop and execute brand promotion activities across key markets.
* Customer Communications: Manage customer-facing content, ensuring all messaging aligns with brand guidelines and is accurate.
* Marketing Reporting: Track and report on marketing activities, integrating tools into PowerBI for insights.
* Strategy Development: Assist in creating marketing strategies across Ireland to boost network usage, including lead generation and prospecting.
* E-Commerce Oversight
* Campaign Support: Contribute to email campaigns, business promotions, and award nominations.
* Market Research: Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis.
* Social Media Support: Assist with social media efforts.
* Content Creation: Assist with content development for social media channels and website. Coordinate customer videos, photos, case studies, and testimonials with location partners.
Essential Criteria:
* Qualification in Marketing or similar / Proven experience in a busy marketing role.
* Experience of working on simultaneous projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
* Ability to manage social media and other platforms, CRM systems.
* Flexible, dedicated and willing to learn.
