This is a unique opportunity to join a quality team that provides specialised support to the Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy Programme at the Royal Marsden Hospital.
The post holder will have proven MS Office and IT skills to update document and quality management records, maintain departmental databases and send communications to staff within the programme. As part of the quality team, the post holder will be required to: Provide administrative support to the Quality Managers, organising meetings, minute taking, producing reports, and maintaining records within the quality management system software.
This is an administrative & quality support post involving a number of varied duties in support of the Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT) Quality Team. The post holder will be required to effectively manage a number of different priorities to timescales and be proactive in their approach. The post holder will be expected to use project support skills to organise meetings, log actions, create reports, and maintain relevant databases as required.

• To arrange meetings including room bookings for the HSCT Quality Management Team.
• To assist in preparation of documents and reports for meetings, take and distribute minutes and action logs for HSCT Quality Management meetings.
• Maintain and monitor training records for the transplant clinical teams, including competency documents and online Learning Hub training.
• Undertake administrative duties required for the Q-Pulse quality management application.
• Support with relevant HSCT document databases and ensure current and up to date.
• Collection of data for the quality management system and maintenance of information held in databases.
