Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join our team in Livingston, supporting our customer Iceland. Youll ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to while our management teams are fully trained and supported in HR matters. Also, with it being a unionised site, the role is key in ensuring a cohesive positive working relationship with the unions from ER cases, colleague engagement and pay negotiations.
This is a full time, permanent, on site position, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till17:00 with flexibility on start and finish times.
