Retention & Sales Administrator
Role Responsibilities of the Retention & Sales Administrator:
1. Contact customers post grace period who have placed an order but not scheduled an installation to allow for efficient maximization of the installation calendar.
2. Manage retention and renewal of existing customer connections as contracts fall due for renewal to maximize forward cash flow.
3. Report on renewal rates and adhere to KPIs for conversion of existing contracts to new contract terms at target renewal rate.
4. Contact customers who have placed a cancellation via the portal to check the reason for cancellation and offer assistance if it is due to customer journey issues and try to secure the order and installation booking.
5. Participate in team meetings, training, and activities.
6. Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in scheduling procedures.
Skills and Requirements of the Retention & Sales Administrator:
1. Scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment.
2. Confident liaising with customers.
3. Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages.
4. A positive approach to work.
5. Excellent organization skills.
6. The ability to work well under pressure.
7. Be IT literate with good presentation skills.
8. Developed negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
This Retention & Sales Administrator role will pay up to £27K.
