The Company: Extremely well-respected, client-centric focused IFA firm based in Central York looking to add an experienced Financial Planning Administrator who ideally holds some basic suitability report writing experience to their adviser support team:
* Office Location: Central York
* Hybrid/Home Working: Yes - 3-days office, 2-days WFH
Package: £27-29k base DOE + annual bonus & full company benefits
* Holidays: 25 days holiday + stats
* Working Hours: Full-time - 37.5hrs p/w
The Role: A hybrid role working across wealth administration support and basic research/suitability report writing that is geared around supporting multiple high performing financial advisers, working in HNW circles from a technical admin support perspective.
* New business processing
* Preparing client review pack for client meetings
* Obtaining quotations/valuations
* Dealing with product providers and managing relationships accordingly
* Managing client relationships and being the first point of contact for technical queries as required
* Database management
* Assistance with client business development and marketing materials
* Product research
* Paraplanning and suitability report compilation - ISA transfers, lump sum investments etc
