This role will focus on being the lead for all things relating to the learning and development platform, incorporating system config, system admin, platform enhancements, and issue resolution.This role will also involve training and supporting a wide range of adult learners and providing technical support.Digital Learning Systems Manager profile and skills – Experience of working within a digital L&D environment Ability to support and train a wide range of users Analytical skills – data / insight Very experienced with recognised e-learning technical standards Experience of digital systems admin, config and optimisation within L&D Digital Learning Systems Manager role – Manage all L&D systems and related learning platforms Identify and resolve system issues, escalate technical support inquiries as needed and co-ordinate upgrades Optimise and evaluate learning systems to improve user experience Establish governance policies and procedures Develop and maintain a QA process for testing of learning content and config Manage the performance of all learning platforms This is an exciting new role within the organisation.
