Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours
Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour
Responsibilities:
* Provide specialised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
* Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
* Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor student progress
* Utilise a variety of teaching resources and techniques to engage students
Qualifications:
* A relevant qualification in Education or Special Education
* Prior experience in a similar role working with SEN students
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of SEN legislation and policies
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Additional training in SEN or Special Education
This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to students with SEN in an educational setting.
