The Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Management Team in delivering the smooth and efficient running of the Security Service. There is something for everyone at this stunning destination and we are looking for high calibre SIA Licensed Security Personnel to join our Team.

* Position: Concierge Supervisor
* Location: London (E8)
* Pay Rate: £14.15 per hour (Increasing to £14.85 April 2025)
* Hours: Average 42 hours per week
* Shifts: 4 on 4 off Days (0600 - 1800)
Job Requirements:
* SIA Licence required.
* CCTV license is required.
* At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor is required.
* Driving license required with at least 2 years driving experience.
* Excellent communication both written & verbal.
* Excellent levels of customer service at all times.
* Reliable, Responsible and Punctual.
* Smart appearance befitting the company.
* Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* Calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations.
* Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the deployment of the security team to maintain a satisfactory security presence on site at all times.
* Ensure all security personnel adhere to their duties and site policies and report any breaches immediately to the Contract Manager.
* Check the handover at the beginning of the shift to ensure all vital details are communicated.
* Convey a smart, well-groomed appearance in approved uniform and provide first-class customer service.
* Portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor always.
* Report any untoward activity and/or security-related concerns to Security Control.
* Customer service facing - polite, positive, and professional at all times.
* Respond to alarm activations and investigate disturbances as instructed.
* Monitor entry and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons, reporting any untoward activity.
* Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
* Maintain the highest standards of customer care at all times.
* Proactively monitor and maintain staff discipline, standards, and conduct.
* Regularly patrol all aspects of the site.
* Oversee that the contract’s officers perform to required standards and remedy any shortfalls.
* Ensure patrols are completed adequately and at the expected frequency.
* Liaise regularly with CIS Managers to keep them updated on important aspects.
* Regularly audit site equipment and ensure site paperwork is correctly maintained.
* Work as part of a team.
* Carry out any reasonable requests made by CIS management.
