Carriera are looking for a dynamic individual who wishes to develop as a Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act across multiple developments including non- high risk buildings and high risk buildings.
The role requires a clear communicator in both verbal and written, someone who is passionate about technical delivery, enjoys the challenges of multitasking across various stages of projects and enjoys team interaction across the industry.
You will have a good knowledge of the building safety act 2022 and ideally have a technical background (Architect, Architectural Technologist, Construction management).
