Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Development Manager to join their delivery team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality, affordable housing projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Oversee development schemes at delivery stages of the development lifecycle, including construction and handover.
2. Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
3. Contract Administration: Effectively administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and monitoring progress.
4. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
5. Partnerships: Support the organisation with their continued approach to building partnerships via joint venture arrangements.
