Main responsibilities of this role include: Being the first port of call for all incoming queries, verbal and in writing, and respond to these where appropriate or escalate these to the relevant colleague as necessary Proactively building, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business Inputting of standing information to Trust’s Finance system (suppliers, debtors) in accordance with procedures Processing of Purchase Orders from requisitions, accurately and in accordance with agreed authorisation and timescales in accordance with procedures The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge and experience Knowledge of Iris Financials and Procurement Purchase Ledger experience Previously worked in Finance Education Fairfax Multi-Academy Trust (FMAT) is an Educational Charity committed to enriching the lives and transforming the futures of our children.
