Job Description:
At Bright Futures, we make a real difference to the lives of children and young adults with autism and learning difficulties. Through our dedicated and outstanding team, we deliver outstanding care and education. We invest in our people, fostering their personal and professional growth to ensure they can thrive and excel in their journey with us.
We can't promise that it will always be easy, but at Bright Futures, it will be worthwhile. You will be making a significant impact on the lives of the people we support.
We are looking for an experienced registered manager to open a brand new home in Tyldesley. You will be leading a team of approximately 20 people, promoting a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring our high standards are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
1. Meeting all governing body regulations
2. Complying with all company policies and procedures
3. Developing and motivating a high performing team
Your focus will be on ensuring we continue to enrich the lives of the people we support. You will have the usual duties of a registered manager such as compliance, leadership, health and safety, and so on. But what makes this role at Bright Futures different is the opportunity to personally and professionally grow whilst making a real difference to people's lives.
Requirements:
To be successful, you will ideally be an experienced registered manager in a similar environment. It is essential that you have NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality care. You will have the ability to lead and develop a large team to assist in their career journeys to help them thrive and grow. You will also, of course, be doing this whilst living and breathing the values that run through all of us.
We have bold ambitions, with an aim to double in size over the coming few years, so you will be given full support with additional mentoring and training support to progress with us to meet your full potential.
Additionally, you will need to be flexible and manage your own hours to meet the needs of the business, which may include sleep-in duties. A full driving license is also essential.
This is an opportunity to be part of something special, working in a fulfilling environment, developing your own career journey, and in return, we provide exceptional benefits including a competitive salary, life assurance, and simply health cover.
At Bright Futures, awaken your potential whilst improving the lives of the people we support. Your individuality could make a real difference!
