Churchill Howard are partnering with a PE backed business in Birmingham to recruit a Head of Management Reporting at an exciting time in their transformation and growth journey.The Head of Reporting will manage a strong team and take the lead in developing more efficient month end processes, using technology and automation to improve the quality and timeliness of financial information to the business.Responsibilities will include: Leading on the provision of timely, robust financial information to support decision making Managing the reporting team and supporting the ongoing development of team members Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes and controls Using systems capabilities to improve month end processes and transform financial reporting Supporting the business to make informed financial decisions through insightful reportingExperience required: Qualified accountant with degree and relevant post qualification experience Track record of influencing business change and developing management information Strong team management skills with proven experience of successfully leading teams through change and delivering through others.
