Job Description
As the Part Time Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Processing supplier invoices
* Raising invoices
* Managing the inbox
* Dealing with queries
* Bank reconciliations
* Chasing outstanding payments
* General admin duties as and when required
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Part Time Accounts Assistant role, you must:
* Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
* Be immediately available
* Be able to commit to the required working hours
* Be able to multi-task
* Be able to communicate effectively
* Be a Sage user
