Our client, a leading international law practice, is seeking a Senior Employment Associate to join their Leeds office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to work on high-profile, cross-border matters while developing their career in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Position Overview
As a Senior Employment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the practice's Partners on a wide range of complex employment law matters. This will include advising clients on strategic objectives, coordinating cross-border projects such as restructurings and compliance initiatives, and representing clients in Employment Tribunals and High Court litigation.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on a broad spectrum of employment law issues
* Coordinate and manage cross-border employment projects
* Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and High Court proceedings
* Provide practical, commercial advice aligned with clients' strategic objectives
* Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationships
Requirements
* Prior experience in a comparable international law environment
* Strong track record handling complex employment law matters
* Experience with restrictive covenant injunctions and employee competition issues advantageous
* Solid experience in general employment advisory work
* Excellent delegation, supervisory, and project management skills
