Job summary We are seeking to recruit junior doctors to posts in acute paediatrics with neonatology at West Middlesex Hospital. In all work, the post-holder will be working alongside London Deanery trainees from general practice and paediatrics on a combined rota, with the same access to educational opportunities, including the daily teaching sessions and the simulation sessions. Main duties of the job The posts cover all paediatric inpatient and new-born areas of clinical care, working with the existing paediatric team. They are ideally suited to trainees who want to gain clinical skills in a general hospital setting of undifferentiated presentations. The combined rota gives clinical experience in management of general paediatric patients and neonatology, including stabilisation of critically ill children and new-borns prior to transfer to other tertiary units for on-going care.
