Main Purpose of Role:
Provide comprehensive support to the HSE Director.
Keep abreast of general business objectives along with up-to-date legislative changes and governance.
Work in collaboration with other members of the team and the wider business to facilitate high performance delivery through successful implementation of processes and systems.
Ensure timely delivery of project work, tracking actions of the wider team and compliance.
Key Duties:
* Scheduling appointments and organizing diary entries.
* Organising team activities such as staff meetings and off-site events.
* Setting reminders for meetings and appointments.
* Attending meetings and taking notes of discussions.
* Making travel and hotel arrangements.
* Completing project work including PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, reports and agenda material.
* Knowledge of current projects and staff involvement ensuring all actions are tracked, and deadlines are adhered to.
* Drafting, reviewing, and sending communication on behalf of HSE Director.
* Maintaining confidential and sensitive information.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
