Job title: Corporate Associate, Southampton
Salary: £58,000-£84,000

You will be joining a leading Top 100 L500 law firm in their modern and tech focused corporate team. As an associate in the corporate team, you be working very closely with an impressive Partner for a range of business clients within the tech sector. Our client is proud of their long-standing relationships and this will be an excellent opportunity to join and work alongside likeminded individuals.
As a valued member of the corporate team, you will be responsible for:
* Working with a cross-section of business owners and businesses within the tech sector
* Handling day-to-day matters of:
o Mergers and acquisitions
o Joint Venture
o Private Equity
o Restructuring and reorganisations
* Good writing skills to draft professional and accurate legal documents and reports.
* Good organisational skills to deal with a heavy workload and multiple simultaneous matters.
To be considered for this role you will:
* Have at least one year of post qualification experience of providing an excellent service for businesses on a range of corporate matters.
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Client-facing experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A desire and willingness to assist in business development and marketing
