About the role
Shenfield is a very popular practice and therefore it has a dynamic caseload to boot! You will be supported by a highly experienced senior vet on your crossover periods, and incredibly experienced nursing team.
As well as everything you would expect in a busy first opinion practice, Shenfield also has ultrasound facilities.
Your rota will involve: Mondays 9am-7pm (sole charge) Tuesdays 12pm-7pm, Fridays 12pm-7pm plus a 1:3 branch Saturday rotation, 1:8 Sundays and 1 bank holiday at Wanstead hospital.
If you were looking for full-time hours, we can accommodate this with a 4-day week with every Thursday off.
Due to the caseload at Shenfield, we are looking for a vet who is confident in routine surgery, and sole charge.
Shenfield’s location is ideal! You are a 5-minute drive from bustling Brentwood High-street, you have the country-side on your doorstep and are only an 8-minute walk from Shenfield station on the Elizabeth Line, taking you straight into central London.
