Are you an experienced Electrical Wireman looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical MoD engineering projects?
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Wireman to join our client in Norwich, working on innovative and high-priority defence projects. This is your chance to make a significant impact while enjoying a supportive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble, wire, and test electrical systems and equipment according to detailed technical drawings and specifications.
* Ensure all wiring and assembly meet high-quality standards, including MoD and industry regulations.
* Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting during testing phases.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project deadlines are met.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Wireman or in a similar role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Ability to interpret and work from complex electrical and technical diagrams.
* Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
* Must be a British citizen due to the security requirements of the projects.
* Previous experience working on defence-related or security-cleared projects is desirable.
Working Pattern:
* Monday to Thursday: 07:45 to 16:30
* Friday: 07:45 to 12:15
