You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance for our reputable social housing client, with homes based throughout the West Midlands. Typical repairs include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repairs. The ability to work professionally and considerately within people’s homes in a customer facing environment. What will you bring as Plumber? Qualified with NVQ level 2 in Plumbing A proficient level of health and safety awareness and working knowledge Excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will sometimes be working within vulnerable settings Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Plumber role.
