*Oversee daily operations in a seaside town centre charity shop.
*Supervise a small team of staff including part-time assistant shop managers and volunteers.
*Maximise the value of donated items.

Role Details:
Full-time, 35 hours per week (flexible schedule, includes weekends).
Salary: £23,205.42–£25,902.14 annually.
