An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide Personal Assistant support to the Radiology senior management team ensuring the smooth and professional running of the Radiology Department.
The postholder will act as a Personal Assistant to the Radiology senior management team and providing comprehensive and confidential administrative support. The role will be responsible for the administrative functions and the smooth and efficient running of the Radiology office, handling sensitive and complex issues in a professional manner, and managing the HR aspects of the department of Radiology recruitment processes.
The successful candidate will need to operate at the highest level of discretion sometimes on sensitive staff/ patient-related information.
Main duties of the job
To provide a high-quality business administrative support and advice to the Radiology department. Ensuring that all administrative activities are executed with maximum efficiency and effectiveness, with particular emphasis on appropriateness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Manage the electronic diary for the Radiology management including arranging and changing appointments, organising meetings and prioritising these as appropriate.
Sorting and prioritising all incoming mail for the senior leadership managers.
Leading on the recruitment processes, staff records, payroll, contract changes and handling sensitive HR data.
Leading on Imaging business administration to ensure legislative requirements are met efficiently.
