The Senior Real Estate Solicitor 's Role
The successful Senior Real Estate Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Additionally, the Senior Real Estate Solicitor will deal with more complex commercial property matters such as lease renewals, deeds of surrender, and business acquisitions. The role also involves active participation in business development activities and ensuring smooth progression from instruction to completion.

To be considered for this role, the Senior Real Estate Solicitor must demonstrate extensive experience in residential conveyancing, with a solid understanding of commercial conveyancing as well. You will need to be highly organised, capable of managing a busy caseload, and possess excellent client-facing skills. The ability to prioritise tasks effectively, work proactively, and maintain a high level of technical competence is essential. The ideal candidate will be disciplined, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with business development and a proactive approach to growing the firm's client base would be advantageous.
