This role requires first class communication skills both verbal and written as you'll be liaising with senior people within the business and you'll need to have very strong attention to detail able to explain circumstances in a concise and accurate way. You'll be someone who can multitask who is just as comfortable writing an email as you are speaking on the phone and you'll be very deadline driven. Our client is open to all levels of collections experience hence the wide salary banding but communications skills are very important.
