Band 2 part-time permanent vacancy - Outpatient Receptionist/Admin Support
15 hrs per week – 8.45am to 5pm (45mins lunch). Working days to be agreed.
(Job sharing with existing Receptionist who works 22.5hrs a week)
Our Leamington Outpatient service is base at Orchard House, Leamington Spa and supports RISE within our Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust, Childrens Directorate, delivering clinical out-patient care to the local Warwickshire communities.
Who we’re Seeking: We’re looking for applicants with previous admin/reception experience to join our current small admin team in providing comprehensive Reception/Admin Support services to clinical teams and managers, supporting the growing demand for provision of care within the RISE Services.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable with effective communication skills, who can build good working relationships within a fast-paced environment. As well as being a team player, we seek applicants who can demonstrate sensitivity/confidentiality due to the nature of the service and able to work autonomously with a flexible approach and strong work ethic to prioritise and multi-task.

The Job Role: Providing effective reception support within a busy out-patients service, dealing with patient facing and clinical team queries, managing complex phone queries and providing comprehensive message taking. Accurate data inputting/management of our electronic care records system (Carenotes), managing clinic room bookings, sending appointment letters, scanning, uploading, printing, as well as other general day to day admin dutiesand the ability to exercise judgement and work unsupervised to meet deadlines.
Skills and Experience: Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems is essential whilst training will be provided for in-house systems such asCarenotes. NHS Experience desirable but not essential.
You may be required to travel to attend training, for which travel expenses would be paid.
