Oversee the department's communication and co-production approach, aligning it with our vision and corporate strategy. Skills and Experience Required: Proven management experience in developing strategy and change within complex public sector environments. Extensive experience in running successful programmes and projects that drive service improvements and manage risk. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent strategic collaborative leadership, with the ability to connect stakeholders to a common purpose. Sophisticated understanding of working within a complex multi-layer model of decision-making and influence.
