As a Coordinator in the Service Charge team, you will play a key role in providing specialist and comprehensive administration support for the team - working collaboratively with colleagues and maintaining strong communication with internal and external customers, you will ensure that services are delivered efficiently, in line with LiveWest values, policies and customer expectations.
You will provide comprehensive guidance and support for internal and external customers regarding contractor management, service charges and cost allocation for service charges and maintain accurate information to enable the accurate service charges to be applied to the correct schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer focused administrative support and advice on service charges to enable staff to deliver joined up, tenure-blind customer focused services to customers which meet legal and regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
