Hours: Monday to Friday. 09:00AM - 5:30PM
Salary: £24K PA to £26K PA (depending on experience).

Role Overview:
As a Change Coordinator, you'll manage the end-to-end job process, ensuring client change requests and business-as-usual activities meet service levels. Strong client handling skills and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update working procedures
Provide accurate job instructions to Operations teams
Log and manage change activities
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure job accuracy
Act as the main point of contact for clients on change requests
Qualifications & Experience:
Office experience and client-facing skills preferred
Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, and Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
