My client is seeking a Talent and Learning Manager to join their team in a newly created role that is pivotal in reshaping the company's approach to learning and development. We are looking for someone who is driven and understands the importance of leadership development in a long-established business that is evolving to meet modern challenges. Your ability to engage with stakeholders and hold line managers accountable will be critical.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop our apprenticeship program, ensuring best practices are implemented.
* Oversee the learning design guidelines and manage a team of two direct reports within the learning team.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and other stakeholders to drive our learning strategy and technology roadmap.
* Manage projects to ensure they meet tight deadlines and budget constraints while aligning with our brand and quality standards.
* Engage with external suppliers to enhance our learning initiatives.
* Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and develop learning strategies that align with business goals.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in leading apprenticeship programs and a proven track record in learning design.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience navigating challenging situations.
* Global experience preferred, but open to various sectors. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis is a plus.
