Job Description
The receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers and visitors and will suit an enthusiastic, positive people person, with great attention to detail and dedicated to providing a great customer experience.
Tasks will include daily running of the reception, general administration and providing high level support to our customers over the phone or in person.
About The Role
* Full time role, Monday to Friday with rostered shifts between 8:00am to 4:00pm, 8:30am to 4:30pm and 9:00am to 5:00pm depending on operational requirements.
* Answering all inbound calls and directing as appropriate, including sending tasks in our CRM system.
* Taking new client enquiries and entering them into our CRM system.
* Supporting the day to day running of the office.

Desired Skills And Experience
You will need:
* Certificate III in Business Administration would be advantageous.
* Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the community, aged care or disability services.
* Experience with Alayacare is desirable.
* Above average written and verbal communication skills.
* Microsoft Office Skills.
You Will Need The Following Documents
* National Police check (or willingness to obtain).
* NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to obtain).
* Driver's licence.
