ABC Teachers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged students with moderate learning needs at a reputable SEND school in Lichfield. This is a full-time position with the potential for long-term placement for the right candidate.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEND Teaching Assistant you will:
* Have experience supporting children with autism and moderate learning difficulties in a school or similar setting.
* Demonstrate strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Be patient, adaptable, and committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
* Be able to provide suitable references and hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid DBS check.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Experience in SEND settings
