This will be achieved through effective collaboration with both our in-house maintenance team and external contractors. This role is responsible for the management of our storage warehouse, and also contributes to delivering the wider departmental objectives and projects. In this role you will: Conduct in site maintenance audits Support with the monthly review of financial repair spend and help to execute identified areas of improvement Review work that has been completed both externally and internally, to ensure that it adheres to the required standards. This role is responsible for the sign off process for all external works Manage and oversee our storage warehouse- to ensure effective storage and control of company assets Coordinate out of hours support to eliminate operational disruption Provide ad hoc in-site support to the Maintenance team Guide, coach and support the Maintenance team Lead minor CAPEX delivery projects Support with the implementation and roll out of environmental projects Support with supply chain development Maintain relationships with external suppliers, including working collaboratively to ensure KPIs are achieved Support with the weekly team planning and workload management Work with our energy broker on site utility/meter requirements Skills/ attributes required Passionate about maintenance works being delivered to a high-quality standard A sound understanding of maintenance principles- including the ability to influence how work is carried out and sufficient knowledge to know if it has been completed to the required standards Exemplary organisational skills Must be dynamic, organised and comfortable working in a fast paced, sometimes pressurised environment with multiple deadlines/ competing demands Great interpersonal skills – must be able to develop and effectively maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Previous experience of working in maintenance is essential.
