St Margaret’s Hospice is looking for an Executive Support Officer to deliver high-quality administrative support to our CEO, Executive Team, and Trustee Board. This role can be based in either Taunton or Yeovil. You will join us on a part time (30 hours per week), permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,639.66 per annum. This is an exciting opportunity to join our established Executive Support Team and provide professional, efficient, and confidential administrative assistance. In this role, you'll primarily support our Clinical Director and Director of People, Development & Governance, manage. Your day to day work will involve: Coordinating board committee meetings and key directorate meetings, Taking precise and concise meeting minutes, Offering centralised administrative support as needed. What will you be good at? You will need: Significant experience in administrative support, including producing meeting papers and minute-taking Strong communication skills as you will be interacting with external partners, visitors, with our Trustees and colleagues across the wider organisation To be highly skilled in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Office 365 Exceptional time management and organisational skills The ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Occasional travel between our Hospice locations in Taunton and Yeovil, and other locations, will be required. What can we offer you?
