We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Fundraising Database Manager to become a key part of our dynamic organisation. In this role, you’ll be a key member of the Fundraising Team, primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You will manage the Raiser’s Edge CRM system, which houses all our fundraising information, including records of donations and Gift Aid. Additionally, you will lead efforts to improve our database and train staff on its effective use. Role Responsibilities: Data Processing & Management: Review, develop, and implement efficient processes and procedures for managing fundraising data. Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to better understand our donors and provide actionable recommendations. Measuring & Reporting: Deliver key data metrics and produce monthly reports to inform decision-making. Training: Lead training initiatives on Raiser’s Edge, creating and delivering relevant training materials and courses to staff. About You: Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and working with fundraising databases. Knowledge: Strong understanding of data protection laws and confidentiality practices. Skills: Excellent attention to detail, with strong skills in data analysis and presentation. Attributes: A proactive, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support the department.
