Our client, located in the Witham area, is on the lookout for a Client Services Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality services, ensuring that all revenues are continuing to grow in line with future growth strategies.
Although the role is predominantly office based, you will be required to travel to clients and events throughout the year when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Daily management of a team of Client Coordinators, focusing on high service delivery at all times.
* Managing the workload distribution across the team and maintaining appropriate staffing numbers.
* Technical overview and main point of contact for Client Coordinators and Clients to assist in resolving complex queries.
* Main point of contact for the laboratory staff to assist in resolving issues and problems as they arise.
* Keep up to date with market intelligence and best practices.
* Build strong links to both our Sales and Marketing teams.
* Responsible for effective cash collection, including liaising with our Credit Control team regularly.
* Overseeing data quality of clients and their agreements to ensure that they are regularly kept up to date.
* Health & Safety liaison with the QHSE Manager.
* Attending client meetings and events as and when required.
* Adherence to company quality systems.
Your Background and Skill:
* Degree level or equivalent experience.
* Experience in managing a team is essential.
* You are expected to develop a good working understanding of the industry and product/services we offer.
* Experience in contract and commercial agreements essential.
* Ability to demonstrate building strong relationships either across departments or with clients.
* Ability to communicate to a high standard to ensure excellent quality of service.
* Good problem solver and conflict resolution skills essential.
* Experience in Logistics/Shipping or Laboratory/Testing protocols essential.
* You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and a Valid Passport.
